She is the daughter of John Harris, current Champions Tour player, and married to Ernie Rose, 1st team All-American and previous Australasian Tour player. Katie's high school golf team won state championships three out of the four years she played.
After graduating from Texas Christian University with a degree in Advertising and Public Relations, Katie worked at one of the country's leading advertising agencies, GSD&M. She went on to work in Dallas at the second largest physician recruiting firm in the nation, Delta Physician Placement. Through her previous work experiences Katie has knowledge in marketing, brand imaging, public relations and travel arrangements.
